Meet the Therapist 

From day one, I strive to create an environment that is warm and inviting and allows you to feel safe during your most vulnerable moments. During our first session, we will work together to determine your best hopes from therapy and what goals you would like to accomplish. From there, we will work towards achieving those goals while improving your emotional health and overall wellbeing.

 

I offer a person-centered approach to therapy while utilizing a variety of techniques to treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief, loss, and more. I work with individuals, couples, and families with various treatment concerns to learn skills necessary to foster emotional and relational well-being. I also offer pre-marital counseling and assist couples with conflict resolution, anger management, and communication skills, while increasing intimacy and connection. 

 

When I'm not seeing clients, I enjoy teaching workshops and seminars and participating in various community events. I often host different events so be sure to check out our Events page for current offerings. I am available to book for speaking engagements as well. I generally speak on topics concerning mental health, relationships, women's issues, and youth/young adult issues. Workshops can be tailored to suit your needs. Contact me to book for speaking!

 

In my down time, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 17 years and our three children. I truly believe in promoting strong family bonds and often host family gatherings in my home with both my immediate and extended family. I have lived in Snellville for the past ten years and I thoroughly enjoy being able to serve my community. I look forward to working with you!
